Earn a plaque at the Customer Satisfaction Summit

Customer satisfaction is a reaction that is examined by the company in the long-term behavior of the customer and is considered as an important tool in marketing activities to manage its activities in relation to the customer. Customer relationship along with quality can be an effective factor on customer satisfaction; This relationship helps to create a positive relationship between them and the organization and therefore research on this is very important.

 

The third national conference “The Role of Economic Managers in Promoting a Resilience Economy and a Leap in Production” was held under the title of the National Summit on Customer Satisfaction, on Monday, September 23, at the Glass Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This conference was held in cooperation with the National Association for the Protection of Consumer Rights and with the aim of the law on continuous improvement of business environment and economic development between Iranian organizations and enterprises and respect for consumer rights, national products and services.

In this conference, important topics such as familiarity with global techniques of interaction with customers and stakeholders of economic, manufacturing and service enterprises, improving the level of satisfaction and customer loyalty, strategies to increase market share, familiarity with CRM method and… were discussed.

It is proud to announce that Tabriz Tile Industries Group in the third national conference on the role of economic managers in promoting Iran’s economy, with the approach of honoring customer-oriented and responsive leaders, has succeeded in obtaining the plaque of customer satisfaction.
